Does QuikClaims charge per claim?
No. Flat monthly subscription only. Your billing team can submit as many claims as your plan allows without per-transaction fees eating into collections.
What is Guardian?
Guardian is QuikClaims' rules-based pre-submission scrub. Today it runs twenty rules on every claim — NPI validity, diagnosis pointers and code format, place of service against procedure, modifiers, units, charge outliers, authorization, timely filing and duplicates — plus screening against the OIG exclusion list, before the claim is staged for your clearinghouse. Failures hold the claim with the reason; warnings travel with it.
Does QuikClaims send claims to payers?
Not today. QuikClaims scrubs, meters and tracks claims for any payer you bill, and stages clean claims for your existing clearinghouse or payer connection. Direct payer transmission (X12 837P), real-time eligibility and claim status, and automatic ERA posting are on the roadmap and will be announced when they ship.
Does it integrate with iCare EHR?
Yes — native integration. Charges flow from iCare encounters directly into QuikClaims with no re-entry. Diagnoses, CPT codes, provider NPI, and place of service all transfer automatically.
